IEME accompanied the beneficiary families from the local diagnosis to the definitive relocation. Daily presence of the social and urban team in the field to serve the target population of the project. Development of actions to support residents, assisting in the collection of documents, procedures for moving, relocation to health and educational services, etc. Interface of the urban and social team with the engineering teams responsible for the removal and demolition of properties. There were 5,698 families assisted.
