Object of services

Specialized technical services for the implementation of the 2nd Phase of the Urbanistic and Land Regularization Program of the Popular Housing Superintendence of the Municipal Housing Secretariat, referring to field work in the intervention areas, as well as the support of goods and services necessary for the execution.

Main activities

Social follow-up (recognition of the areas and communities and dissemination of the Program, Social Duty, Post-titling sectoral meetings);

Social registration (Sectorization, Sealing of Properties, Application of Social Registration);

Production of cartographic bases (physical-environmental diagnosis and elaboration of the Mass Plan, Consolidation of subdivisions and digitized geocoding);

Legal advice;

Multiprofessional support in the delivery of titles;

Cadastral Aerophotogrammetric Survey.
