Property Evaluation
It consists of the application of the procedures for the evaluation of the properties, observing and considering the collection of the information related to the registration of these properties, defining, from the existing situation and the constraints imposed by the context where the property is inserted, the most appropriate method to be applied.
The evaluation of the assets to be expropriated must follow the relevant legal aspects and, above all, be carried out in accordance with the technical standards of the Brazilian Association of Technical Standards – ABNT.
METHODOLOGY
The methodology to be applied should basically consider the nature of the asset, the purpose of the valuation and the availability / quality of the information collected in the market.
Following the definition and application of the most appropriate methodology, it follows the support to the assembly of processes of expropriation, starting with the reports and document joining to support activities in administrative agreements.
