IEME provided technical support to 81 municipalities, totaling 754 housing centers served. Multidisciplinary action, integrating the urban, environmental, social and legal areas. Development of training and qualification activities for municipal technicians. Joint action with the state government of São Paulo to guarantee legal security for residents of the housing units served. There were 50,772 families assisted.

Object of services

Specialized technical services, destined to the execution of the State Program of Regularization of Housing Nuclei “Cidade Legal” (Legal City), instituted through the State Decree nº 52.052/07, that has as objective to assist the municipalities through guidance and technical support to the municipal actions of regularization of installments of the land and housing units, public or private, for residential purposes, located in urban areas or urban expansion.
